Robert Knotts, United Kingdom, served in the RAF for 33 years as technician, aircrew and engineering officer. In industry he was part of a civil aircraft design team and later he became an university lecturer. He only started drawing in 2003 and is a member of the Manchester Aviation Art Society. Now retired he can spend time on his hobbies.
